Gloria Marcott spent 18.5 years in law enforcement watching what happened when women were left without the tools, the training, or the permission to act. She also lived it. As a survivor of childhood abduction, she understands the moment when something feels off and there is nothing in place to back that instinct up.
She built Soul Punch™ to change that. The foundation of this work is a principle she calls "I See You." The moment a woman spots something out of place, she acknowledges it directly. She does not look away. She does not wait. That act of recognition is often enough to change what happens next.
Under Gloria's leadership, Soul Punch™ has grown into a nationally recognized training platform that blends real-world tactics, situational awareness, and safety technology into a system designed specifically for how women experience threat.
