Everyday women are building purpose-driven businesses teaching life-saving skills — without martial arts, gym memberships, or years of training. This is where it begins.

6-WEEKS OF LIVE INTERACTIVE ONLINE
TRAINING

Foundation, neuroscience, communication, safety psychology, and business launch.

This phase builds the foundation: Business setup, Core Curriculum & Soul Punch™ Methodology, Instructor Resilience incorporating Neuroscience, Communication, Safety Psychology, Identity Work, and the Teaching Philosophy Behind Trauma-Informed Empowerment, Effective Class Delivery, Social Media + Client Attraction, and Launching Prep + Scale Strategies (Marketing & Revenue Generation).

3-DAY LIVE
CERTIFICATION

In-person physical training, drills, simulations, and scenario-based coaching.

Core physical techniques & command presence. Hands-on training with real drills, real coaching, and real scenarios. This is where trainers embody the Soul Punch™ method and learn to lead under pressure. Soul DefendHER™ Integration + Teaching Mastery.
