That act of recognition is often enough to change what happens next. It is also the beginning of every skill Soul Punch™ teaches.

Under Gloria's leadership, Soul Punch™ has grown into a nationally recognized training platform that blends real-world tactics, situational awareness, and safety technology into a system designed specifically for how women experience threat. In 2025, the program was honored with the Best Women's Self-Defense Program Award by the Evergreen Awards.

Her work has been featured on Fox, NBC, CBS, Good Morning Texas, and in InStyle, Glamour, and Elite Daily.

The mission is to train one million women and build a pathway for them to train five million more. Gloria is building that network one certified trainer, one community, one city at a time.
