Gloria Marcott spent 18.5 years in law enforcement watching what happened when women were left without the tools.
The training, or the permission to act. She also lived it. As a survivor of childhood abduction, she understands the moment when something feels off and there is nothing in place to back that instinct up.
The foundation of this work is a principle she calls "I See You." The moment a woman spots something out of place, someone who does not belong, a situation starting to shift, she acknowledges it directly. She does not look away. She does not wait. That act of recognition is often enough to change what happens next. It is also the beginning of every skill Soul Punch™ teaches.
Under Gloria's leadership, Soul Punch™ has grown into a nationally recognized training platform that blends real-world tactics, situational awareness, and safety technology into a system designed specifically for how women experience threat. In 2025, the program was honored with the Best Women's Self-Defense Program Award by the Evergreen Awards.
Her work has been featured on Fox, NBC, CBS, Good Morning Texas, and in InStyle, Glamour, and Elite Daily.
The mission is to train one million women and build a pathway for them to train five million more. Gloria is building that network one certified trainer, one community, one city at a time.
